GST invoice and credit-note compliance across FastAPI and Next.js. SAP purchase-order locks that block financial edits on active invoices.
- Implementation Engineer, Zenius-IT Services Pvt Ltd (June 2024–June 2026). Voice AI receptionist for appointments and patient queries. Sub-second RAG IVR with queue transfer and human handoff. Live call pipeline using Faster-Whisper, WebSockets, and Kafka summaries. React call-center UI for transcripts, analytics, and agent tracking.
